What currency is used on the MagikBlend website?

All orders on MagikBlend are processed in USD.
For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, MagikBlend process all orders in USD. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email support@magikblend.com within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly. 
Please make sure you have read our Returns & Refunds Policy  before proceeding.

Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?

Our products are shipped in the same package according to your order. If you don't received all your order in the same package, just contact us or send us an email at support@magikblend.com

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item in question at the email: support@magikblend.com and we will help you ASAP.

What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-2 days to process your order and then 4-13 days to deliver it to you.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes absolutely we do you ship all over the world.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Montreal, CANADA. Our international warehouse is located in United States Of America.

Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?

Yes, wait 3 days after placing your order and ask us via email to support@magikblend.com

I still have not received my order. Why is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time.
